📖 Terms & conditions
Payment terms
Full payment is required latest 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled cat sitting dates.
Cat sitting services will only proceed upon receipt of payment. Failure to make payment by the stated deadline will result in the booking being released, and you will need to arrange for another cat sitter.
Any additional fees or services incurred during the cat sitting period must be settled on the last day of cat sitting.
Cancellation or change policy
Cat sitting is built on mutual trust, and I strive to offer flexibility & understanding whenever possible. I understand that plans can change, and I do not charge cancellation or change fees.
Cancellations or changes must be communicated as early as possible and not at the last minute, out of respect for my time and scheduling commitments. Last-minute changes impact planning and may result in loss of income, especially where other booking requests were declined to accept your dates.
Clients who repeatedly cancel last minute or abuse this flexibility will not be accepted for future bookings.
Key collection & return
It is recommended to arrange access via a digital lock, lockbox, or secure on-site location for the keys.
If in-person key collection and/or return is required, a fee of $20 per trip will apply to cover time and transport.
Home cleanliness & safety
The home must be maintained in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition to allow proper care of your cat. Clear and safe access to essential areas (food preparation area, litter box, utilities, and entry/exit points) must be provided.
All windows, balconies, and accessible openings must be fully meshed or securely enclosed to ensure your cat’s safety.
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if the environment poses health or safety risks.

Client to fully cover cost of pet transport, vet fees, and any other related cost
If both owner and emergency contact are unreachable, the sitter may seek veterinary care at:

Cat behaviour disclosure
Please disclose any history of aggression
The sitter reserves the right to:
Modify care procedures for safety
Limit handling or interaction
Terminate services if the environment is unsafe
The owner is responsible for any injuries sustained by the sitter as a result of the cat, including medical expenses.
